Want to place an order?
The best way to place an order is via this web site - it's fully secure so
there is nothing to worry about. You'll also receive emails on how your
order is progressing. However, if you want to place your order by phone, you
can give us a call on: 0844 504 3939 (we're open 9:30am - 7pm Monday to
Friday).
After you’ve placed your Order
If we’ve sent you an order confirmation email, it means that your order is
being processed and is now on its way to you. Your membership card will be
personalised with the name that you supplied on your order. Please allow
upto 7 days for your order to arrive. However, some times the post can be
delayed so please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery. If you
haven’t received your order within 14 days, please call customer services
on: 0844 504 3939 and we’ll look into it for you.

After you’ve made your booking
Once you have made a guestlist or table booking using our online booking
facilities, your booking will go to our bookings team who will arrange
everything for you and send you a confirmation message.
If for some reason you haven’t received confirmation from us by 12pm on the
day you intend to go out please call our bookings team on: 0844 504 3939
